Dynamics 365 will offer subscription per app, per user and introduce company first plans that embrace the cross functional way organizations and employees need to operate today.
This offer will deliver purpose-built app experiences that will address specific functions, like sales, customer service, marketing, and many more.
By bringing together the company's customer relationship management [CRM], enterprise resources planning [ERP] technologies under a human data model .
Dynamic 365 helps to automate business processes.
Vice president of nucleus research, Rebecca Wettemann, to the reporters " we have seen customers achieve significant ROI from both dynamic and office 365 , bringing them together will accelerate time to value and make development easier for customers."
Another staff, Edson said : "The app collects and analyses data from a variety source including Microsoft's own productivity software ecosystem and third party CRM,ERP,social and Internet of things [IOT] system, to generate the whole view of all customer's information."
This app also supplies suggestions for engaging with customers in ways that help improve their relationship with them.

Customers have the options of subscribing to dynamic on either per-app , or per-user basis or select plans that offer users access to functionality from the app under a reasonable pricing model.
